Paul Chapin as special guest regarding waterski course

  • Washington County needs a letter of support from Bald Lake Association.
  • Board to discuss options

TREASURER’S REPORT - Katie Haskins

  • KH sent budget email as not able to attend meeting
  • Gave Janel Shopify access for updating the website.  
  • Allison has a current list of the people who registered for the annual dinner on or before March 10, so they can get their free bike raffle tickets.

PRESIDENT’S REPORT- Cory Huberty (Meg Rapheal)

  • Allison will kick-off Zeffy.
    • Need someone to take ownership of Sponsor Program
  • Find a new member that could do DB maintenance – maybe not needed with Zeffy. Following items need to be taken on by a team member
    • Monitor house sales and get new owners on the mailing and email list
    • Send Welcome Letters to new homeowners
    • Track payments received: dues, donations, annual dinner outside Zeffy
  • Board Member backgrounds for the Laker - Cory will gather info
  • Conflict of Interest sign off for all Board Members. KP will bring a copy
  • Cory – provide the latest Annual Dinner and Dues letter to KP and Chris

VICE-PRESIDENT’S REPORT- Chris Harding

  • Chris has had contact with Paul at West Oaks; will share Dues and Dinner letter with Paul
    • Spring Lake Shores, Timber Hills president: Merrily Shipes; Bald Eagle Shores : Chris Cox
  • Katie H and Meg walked through the Restoration schedule with Chris

AIS – Brad

  • No updates for this meeting

Annual Dinner

  • 55 tickets sold to date
  • Need to provide Dellwood with #'s updates at least 2wks prior to event (Apr 16) and update or final numbers likely the week of Apr 23

ONLINE STORE : on hold for a time. Previous vendor was GRAFFIC TRAFFIC

MOTL (Music on the Lake): July 11th Allison

  • No updates

SOCIAL MEDIA: Janel

  • Janel Post Notice regarding Lake Shore Restoration; sponsorship; dinner
  • Chris to provide details for Lake Shore Restoration: grant money comes from, how to apply, maybe an example photo of someone who did it or a quote from someone. 

Other items:

  • Moved to next meeting:  Goose Population. KH researched the cost and process. If the board decides to move forward with the goose removal, need to schedule that in April for it to take place in June.
