• Discussion on transition to Katie Haskins
• Potentially discuss an alternative to Shopify when Katie H joins

• 2024 Annual meeting Recap
• Welcome to Katie Haskins and Bridget
• Welcome Letter Review – verify still Carole to manage the Welcome Letter process. Prior to the November review, Meg to send email to Carole to request if she has any suggested changes to what is sent out.
• Discuss fundraising options
• Start drafting next year’s budget

VICE-PRESIDENT’S REPORT- Joe Boeser

• Lake association outreach for involvement: Joe Will reach out by end of year; will email association presidents.

GRAFFIC TRAFFIC ONLINE STORE – Laura will open end of Oct early Nov

MOTL – Jen and Laura: Scheduled Aug 9, 2025

• Lake Clean up. Kevin helps with his trailer.  Who wants to coordinate with Kevin?
